You will develop test plans, create test cases, and execute various testing methodologies to identify software defects. You will collaborate closely with our development teams to ensure that software products meet specified requirements and adheres to quality standards before being released to users.</div><div><strong><br>Responsibilities</strong></div><ul><li>Help our Engineering team develop world class B2B SaaS product</li><li>Define testing strategy</li><li>Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, documentation and procedures</li><li>Analyze test results and report findings</li><li>Participate in agile ceremonies, and participate in team development by both manually testing features and bugs as well as writing automated tests within the confines of a sprint.</li><li>Collaborate with development, product, and customer teams to engineer solutions to bugs and identify areas for improvement for our suite of products</li><li>Manage the bug triage and remediation process</li><li>Lead testing efforts for new features from design through release.</li></ul><div><strong><br>You Must Have</strong></div><ul><li>8+ years of software testing experience with SaaS platforms</li><li>5+ years of automated testing experience (web applications, mobile applications and APIs)</li><li>Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes</li><li>Experience with automation testing platforms such as playwright, Mabl, and cypress</li><li>Experience working in an Agile development process</li><li>Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript or similar</li><li>Experience reporting and documenting defects</li><li>Possess a strong understanding of the SDLC</li><li>You will be working closely within a fast-paced product team—so excellent communication + collaboration skills are a must</li><li>Experience testing RESTful web services</li></ul><div><strong><br>Nice To Have</strong></div><ul><li>Database knowledge, Microsoft SQL Server preferably</li><li>Experience with modern Javascript libraries</li><li>Experience with source control, Github preferably</li><li>Experience working with B2B SaaS, CRM, or other cloud-based software is a plus.</li><li>Experience working with remote software teams is a plus.</li></ul><div><strong><br>What We Offer</strong></div><ul><li>Market competitive pay leveraging Carta data</li><li>Employee recognition through Bonusly (birthdays, anniversaries, achievements, etc.)</li><li>401(k) retirement plan with company matching- 50% match up to 6% of compensation after 90 days</li><li>We value our employee’s work-life balance and encourage taking advantage of Unlimited PTO</li><li>Supportive time off including paid volunteer days and company holidays</li><li>Employer-contributed healthcare benefits, encompassing medical, dental, and vision coverage, with plans available for dependents and choices for Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).</li><li>12 weeks primary parent leave, 4 weeks secondary parent leave - full pay (adoption as well)</li><li>We pride ourselves on Community and host exciting company outings and events.</li></ul>
