Develop data-driven strategies to maximize reach and engagement.</li><li>CRAFT SHOW OUTLINES AND STORY DEVELOPMENT - Work closely with the team to create optimal content around guests who are often already identified, but always be bringing new names to the table too. Develop thoughtful question guides, series concepts, and show structures that lead to meaningful conversations and quick-turnaround YouTube content.</li><li>SERVE AS EXECUTIVE PRODUCER - Make editorial decisions about content direction, identify what resonates with our audience, and guide the production process from concept to final product. Be prepared to pitch storyboards, series concepts, and episode ideas—and remain resilient when redirected.</li><li>CREATE COMPELLING COPY - Write marketing and promotional copy that speaks directly to high-level entrepreneurs and investors. Craft titles, descriptions, and promotional materials that drive engagement with our scale-focused audience.</li><li>ANALYZE PERFORMANCE AND ITERATE - Track metrics and audience feedback to continuously improve show formats, topics, and guest selection. Reformation Bible College is seeking a talented and driven Marketing &amp; Communications Specialist to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing strategies that expand the reach and influence of the college. As a key member of the team, you’ll manage a variety of tools and platforms, including the RBC website, social media, promotional videos, and print materials.
