S/he will regularly work with cross-functional teams and serve as a technical lead on projects that support the mission of HOPE International and the quality of our fundraising-related operations.</p>

<h3>Responsibilities</h3>

<li>Promote and contribute to the fulfillment of HOPE International’s mission and vision.</li>
<li>Salesforce development and governance</li>
<li>Design, develop, and maintain solutions on HOPE’s Salesforce instance and connected platforms, using nonprofit-specific objects, automations, Lightning components, and declarative development</li>
<li>Configure and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other solutions to ensure reliable, accurate data movement across the organization</li>
<li>Ensure security and data privacy by incorporating secure coding practices, recommending improvements, and helping ensure solutions align with organizational and industry standards</li>
<li>Actively participate in Agile and DevOps practices, including version control, sandbox management, release management, and the team’s work management process</li>
