You will develop deep expertise across Virtuous CRM+ and Raise, diagnose complex technical and workflow challenges, and partner closely with Engineering and Customer Success to drive timely, effective investigation with clear, empathetic customer communication especially when issues involve transactions and time-sensitive giving
