FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Fuzati is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team of Catholic marketing and technology innovators dedicated to helping clients achieve their mission through creative design and website solutions.

This role bridges the gap between our Creative (design + copywriting) and Website departments, serving as the key liaison between clients and our internal teams. The right candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and organized, with a solid understanding of how creative and website projects flow, from timelines and deliverables to production requirements like print specs and digital testing.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-5 years of experience working with creative or development teams who is eager to grow into a career in project management and client services. This is an in-office position at our Eastlake, Ohio, location.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Gather project requirements and goals from clients; translate them into actionable deliverables for designers, copywriters, and developers.
Coordinate project tasks, track timelines and budgets, and communicate potential risks or delays.
Create, assign, and monitor tasks in Teamwork.com (project management software).
Provide project status updates to the Creative Director and Director of Web Development.
Review all deliverables against requirements before presenting them to the client.
Assist with project scoping, estimates, and timelines.
Track budgets and project hours to ensure alignment between client expectations and team resources.
Support scheduling and resource management across multiple projects.

Requirements

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
1-5 years of experience in a related role (agency, in-house creative/marketing team, or digital/tech company preferred).
Ability to work in-person from Fuzati’s Cleveland, OH area office.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills: able to clarify client needs, build trust, and keep projects on track.
Familiarity with creative/design workflows (e.g., print specs, review rounds, creative timelines).
Familiarity with website workflows (e.g., content collection, testing, launch prep) is a plus.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools.
Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
Bonus: experience working in a Catholic environment or familiarity with Catholic organizations/clients.
