You'll take complex financial workflows and make them feel simple. From discovery and research through high-fidelity design, prototyping, and engineering collaboration.&nbsp;</li><li>Design payment experiences people trust. Donation flows, Apple Pay and Google Pay integrations, App Clip giving experiences, recurring giving management, and payment method handling, every pixel matters when money is involved.</li><li>Shape the church admin experience. Design dashboards, payout views, transaction histories, donor insights, and reporting tools that help church finance teams manage giving with confidence.</li><li>Translate financial complexity into simplicity. Stripe Connect, connected accounts, platform payouts, dispute management, fee structures. You'll take dense financial infrastructure and make it disappear behind clean, intuitive interfaces.</li><li>Drive product direction, not just pixels. Define what we build, not just how it looks. Bring product thinking to every design decision, user research, competitive analysis, and a strong opinion on what church giving should feel like.</li><li>Ship fast with engineers. Work directly with our engineering team, no handoff wall. Review implementations, pair on tricky interactions, and iterate in real-time. Idea to shipped in days, not months.</li><li>Build and evolve our design system. Create scalable components and patterns for our giving product that maintain quality as we grow. Use Claude, Figma AI, and other tools to prototype faster, diverge and converge on concepts, and multiply your impact.<br><br></li></ul><div><strong><br>What We're Looking For<br></strong><br></div><ul><li>A designer who ships financial products. You've designed payment flows, checkout experiences, donation platforms, or fintech products. You understand the unique UX challenges of money, trust, clarity, error handling, and compliance.</li><li>Experience with giving or donation platforms. You've worked at or designed for companies like Givebutter, Tithe.ly, Pushpay, Classy, GoFundMe, Every.org, or similar. You understand donor psychology, conversion optimization, and recurring giving patterns.</li><li>Stripe and payments platform knowledge. You've designed interfaces that sit on top of Stripe (or similar payment infrastructure). Bonus if you've worked with Stripe Connect, connected accounts, or marketplace payment flows.</li><li>Strong product taste and design craft. Your portfolio shows thoughtful, high-quality work. You agonize over interaction details, micro-copy on payment confirmations, and the emotional design of a successful donation moment.</li><li>Mobile-first design thinking. You've designed native mobile experiences, not just responsive web. You understand platform conventions for iOS and Android, and you've thought about App Clips, widgets, or other native surface areas.</li><li>Systems thinking.
