Social media is where millions discover our message for the first time. It's where entrepreneurs find inspiration at 2 am, where investors encounter Kingdom-focused conversations, and where students begin to understand their purpose. Every post, story, and comment is an opportunity to point people toward Christ and help them see how their work can be worship.
As our Social Media Director, you'll lead our complete social media strategy across all Faith Driven brands—Entrepreneur, Investor, Teens, Halftime and Solving the World’s Greatest Problems. You'll build and lead a team managing content creation, community engagement, paid advertising, YouTube channels, and emerging platforms. This strategic leadership role requires creative vision and data-driven decision-making to maximize our Kingdom impact across digital platforms.
This role is perfect for a strategic social media leader who wants to use their expertise to reach millions globally with a message that transforms how people view their work, investments, and calling.
Roles and Responsibilities
● LEAD SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY - Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across all Faith Driven brands and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, and emerging channels). Set vision and goals for social media that align with organizational mission and drive measurable growth in reach, engagement, and community impact. Identify and prioritize platform opportunities based on audience behavior and Kingdom ROI.
● BUILD AND LEAD THE TEAM - Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing social media team, including content creators, community managers, video editors, and paid media specialists primarily based in the Philippines. Establish clear workflows, accountability structures, and quality standards across all social channels. Foster a culture of creativity, excellence, and continuous improvement within the team.
● DRIVE CONTENT EXCELLENCE - Oversee content creation and curation across all platforms, ensuring brand consistency and message clarity. Develop content frameworks that balance educational, inspirational, and community-building objectives. Collaborate with brand teams and the content (video) team to maximize content effectiveness and distribution opportunities.
● MANAGE COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT - Lead strategy for community management, including response protocols, engagement tactics, and relationship building. Develop systems for monitoring conversations, addressing questions, and fostering authentic connections with our community. Develop frameworks for leveraging user-generated content and community stories.
● OPTIMIZE PAID SOCIAL STRATEGY - Direct paid social advertising across all platforms to drive event registrations, course enrollments, content consumption, and community growth. Manage budget allocation across brands and platforms based on performance data. Continuously test and optimize creative, targeting, and messaging to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.
● GROW YOUTUBE PRESENCE - Oversee strategy and growth for multiple YouTube channels across Faith Driven brands. Optimize content for YouTube's algorithm, develop series frameworks, and build subscriber engagement. Analyze performance metrics to inform content decisions and maximize watch time and audience retention.
● MEASURE AND REPORT IMPACT - Establish key performance indicators aligned with mission
objectives and organizational goals. Build reporting dashboards that track performance across platforms, brands, and campaigns. Use data to inform strategic decisions, demonstrate ROI of social media efforts.
● STAY AHEAD OF TRENDS - Monitor social media landscape for emerging platforms, features, and best practices. Test new formats and approaches to keep Faith Driven at the forefront of digital innovation. Translate industry trends into actionable strategies for our unique mission and audience.

● DETAILED AND ADAPTABLE - Find joy in managing details, including organizing data systems, maintaining accurate records, and supporting cross-team information needs, while also recognizing that priorities can shift quickly as new projects, requests, or technical challenges arise. Have the ability to adjust and problem-solve as needed.
● COLLABORATIVE - Be an excellent collaborator and communicator with a desire to work cross-functionally and a willingness to advocate for your ideas while being open and inclusive of different perspectives.

QUALIFICATIONS
● 5+ years of social media management experience with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
● Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement across multiple platforms
● Experience managing paid social advertising budgets and driving measurable results
● Strong analytical skills with proficiency in social media analytics tools and reporting
L O C A T I O N
We are a remote team of 45+ people that partner with hundreds of volunteers and partners to
advance the mission. Team members work in any location, although core team working hours are
largely in the US. The team at Faith Driven is spread out around the world from Singapore, San
Francisco, Dallas, Nairobi, and places in between. For this particular role we are looking for someone
who is in the Eastern or Central Time Zones of the US that can overlap with other video editors and
writers.
